Quality Guarantee
We recommend that you inspect your kit shortly after the purchase and before starting assembly. Should a part of your kit be broken or becomes broken, we will replace the part with an identical item at our expense.
If you need a replacement for your Ugears kit, please let us know by completing the contact form and we will mail replacements to you (USA only). Please make sure to include your full mailing address.

Parts replacement
To ensure our customers’ best experience with our products we offer a free parts replacement for all UGEARS models. Follow the steps below to submit a request form:
We also ask you to attach a photo of an instruction page where the damaged part is pictured along with a photo of an actual broken part and of a board from where the part was cut out. The most detailed and clear photo will be greatly appreciated as it will help to minimize a chance of shipping the incorrect part.
We process replacement requests as soon as possible however, please note that some parts may be shipped directly from the original manufacturer in Ukraine and it may take up to 2-3 weeks to be delivered.
