I have bought 21 models, I have put together 20 and in the process of my 21st. Absolutely love them! From easy ones to hard ones they have all been great. During the whole process I broke two pieces which luckily there were spares in the pack. Can't wait to choose my 22nd model.

The replacement part took some time so I assume and appreciate, that it has been specifically produced on demand and has been send directly from Ukraine.
German customs wanted some money although the parts have been send at no cost.
All models I ordered up to now have had a short traveling time and always been very well packaged and none has been damaged up to now.

I read the review about your Aero Clock, and I’m having issues also. I really would like too see this thing work. I was a machinist for over 30 years, so I’m used to working with precision. First off the instructions are poor,had too use magnifying glass and it was still not clear. I assembled exactly as instructed and then some, made sure all parts were smooth. I started having some issues with the instructions and reached out to customer service a few times, but never received a reply. I finally worked through this issues the best I could, without help. I managed to hang this on the wall, for that’s what you had do in order to finish. First I tried to rewind it, no good, tried to contact customer service again, still waiting, so if I wanted to see this clock work, I needed to try something.
These clocks aren’t made to take apart , but I had no other options. Also these clocks are very fragile. I managed to find one problem, which wasn’t easy and again these clocks aren’t made to disassemble. Right now, it’s just a show piece hanging on my wall, non operational. Still haven’t heard from UGEARS, as of today, 08/08/26

Only problem i have had was with delivery company they left my parcel on the floor proped up against the door instead of inside my porch also driver knocked on door very softly i only heard him as i was close to the door at that time
