Coche deportivo Cobra Drift

- Marcha atrás, punto muerto, marcha adelante y modo Drift (derrape)

- Repuestos gratuitos previa solicitud

Very nice experiece! Legendary model.
Sadly I broke the thin back hood ☹️. It was a very delicate process to install it and it cracked while bowing… is there a possibility to achieve a replacement hood?
I built this model several years ago which was first experience with Ugears. It was a disaster so now that I’ve done many models I decided to try my luck again knowing the construct and need to understand directions exactly, it was a success! Had one need for glue which is well hidden and coesnt interfere with mobility of car.
It looks good Quality and value put them up for christmas
I have built this car but not from Ugears, from Temu.
There are no signs of Ugears and the quality of the wood is worse but when it costs a fraction of the Ugears price..
But! The wood is not good and parts will not fit together that well, so over all the price will get you much more quality.
.
My 16 year old nephew REALLY loved putting this car together.
I have assembled at least 15 models. All great. I’m 87 years old. Sometimes tough on the fingers.
This is a Christmas gift for my grandson by his asking
That was a fun build. Looks great, works great. It still boggles my mind that Ugears can achieve that level of engineering with plywood, toothpicks, and rubber bands.
It was fun to build and it 'zooms' down the hallway fo+ feet. The spring motor is really good and the parts fit nice and snug with little or no trouble removing them from the boards. Thanks.
I enjoyed build this model, everything fit perfect and no parts were missing and really looks like a real car. It turned out very nice Thank you U-Gears.
The model model was overall great accept the fact that the car for some reason didn't start or drift :(
if the mechanisms would have worked that would have been a 5 out of 5
I found a spot of super glue came in handy at times
Especially on part 13 X 7 that retains the spring
I received this model as a present. It's the first Ugears model I've built and won't be the last; they're great.
I did have a couple of problems though: the tab on the "lock" handle kept falling out so I glued it in, also the front gear on the drive shaft snapped off. I have a 3D printer so printed a stronger drive shaft and connection to the gear and a new gear. The drive action now works well although I had to print the drive shaft in two parts and glue them together (I didn't want to take the whole model apart to fit it).
Very mixed feelings about this kit. I enjoyed building it, the whole thing is great to construct, but...
Forward drive won't engage and in reverse the car doesn't move. With the bands on the wheels it just remains static, lift the back end and the wheels turn, put it down and nothing happens. With the bands off on a smooth surface the wheels spin and the car moves sideways but goes no where. Now parts in the drive train have started to break.
Shame, could have been fun
This is my 4th UGEARS car that I made.
I saw on YouTube a video from Azai Lo where the UGEARS clock Tourbillon was partly painted and that gave ( at least to my opinion ) a very nice extra .
So I decided to do the same with the Drift Cobra.
Painting with acryl was very easy and dried instantly.
It is a pity that I cannot upload a picture because the an orange / white looks adds an other dimension to building UGEARS models.
* It increases the time to complete
This is my first model with a spring and congratulations to UGEARS because I find it a huge improvement.
Installing might look tricky but after watching a build video on YouTube it can be easily done.
So overall: Best UGEARS so far !
Next item will be the Tourbillon clock.
=> 7,39€ für ein Ersatzteil ...

Schade ...
Me ha encantado construir El Cobra Drift. He pasado unas horas apasionantes y divertidas construyéndolo.
This is my second model…I’m hooked! The unique engineering and construct of these models is amazing. Thanks to Alyssa, one of your customer support staff, I was able to navigate a challenging step of installing the metal spring. The diagrams just didn’t give enough info but the video Alyssa supplied was appreciated. Supporting a Ukrainian company is the least I can do in these difficult times for the people of Ukrainian. Will be purchasing another model, just have to decide which one! Congratulations on producing such a unique project.
Could not have been more impressed with this kit. Everything from the packaging to the fit of the pieces was first rate. I stretched the build out over a couple of weeks just to enhance the fun. I believe the 50's race car will be next.
I really enjoyed this build and was pleased to see it running down my hallway. Challenging yet within the capability of most modellers. Particular attention must be paid to waxing and smoothing the appropriate parts. You can see some good colour schemes on social media such as Facebook. The natural look is equally pleasing. I would highly recommend this model. Looking forward to building more Ugears models.
Really enjoyed building this . It all fits together nicely, and if you take your time and clean up the little stubby bit that are on the pieces when you take them out the boards , it looks great when finished. Some parts are fiddly and the spring to make the car move is fiddly too but got there in the end. The building instructions book is well layed out and easy too follow. All ready ordered another model from Ugears .
To all model builders out there regarding the kit drift cobra I have built two of these no problem with the spring easy to put together and I have been building models for years
A very nice looking model. Reasonably easy to build.
Steel spring a bit fiddly to fit and as the static end of the spring attaches to a plywood extension, very weak. In fact it broke off the second time of winding.
